Mindful Family Therapy offers a variety of services that include, but are not limited too:
Individual Therapy, where we can address any life and or behavioral issues. Individual therapy addresses the underlying issues that lead to various mental health symptoms, substance use, low self-esteem, anger, relationship conflict, and many other life stressors.
Family Therapy, where we all work together to address family conflict. Healthy communication is the key to having a successful family unit and increasing healthy interpersonal effectiveness skills.
Couples Counseling, Any individuals seeking to better their relationship, whether that be a marriage, a partnership, or even a new relationship. Couples counseling is helping to address barriers to communication and ways to coexist with one another while respecting and loving one another.
Substance Abuse Counseling:
If you are appropriate for Level I or Level II Substance Use treatment, services will be referred to a local SUD provider. If you are appropriate for individual substance abuse treatment, substance abuse evaluations, and or ADIS, those services will be available at a lower cost than offered in the community.
Substance Abuse Evaluation (Court Ordered included): Substance Abuse Evaluations are all Private Pay. These services are usually court ordered, however, that is not always the case. If you are recommended to complete a substance abuse evaluation/DUI evaluation, or feel you are interested in substance abuse treatment, feel free to contact me today to set up your substance abuse evaluation. Substance Abuse Evaluations are $80.00 or a detailed ASAM Criteria Substance Abuse Evaluations are $100.00-300.00 and will be completed within 5 days of the initial appointment.
Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment: All therapy clients will complete a comprehensive diagnostic assessment on the initial visit. This allows the provider to get a better overview of the current symptoms and biopsychosocial history per client report. This is mandated to have for insurance purposes and will help guide our goals and objectives of therapy. This is covered by most insurance plans. Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS): ADIS is a one-day educational course (usually a court ordered class) that focuses on personal responsibility, decision making and legal consequences of alcohol and substance use. This class also focuses on the psychological, sociological, and physiological aspects of substance use. This course is usually offered in the community one time per month. However, to accommodate as many clients as possible, ADIS is offered on a weekly basis for $65.00. You can also reserve an individual ADIS class for privacy and convenience, this is $75.00 to reserve an individual ADIS Class.
